Ingredients for the chicken fingers:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 3 cups cornflakes, crushed

- 2 eggs, whisked

Preparation of the chicken fingers:

- Season the chicken breast strips with salt and pepper.
- Place the flour, beaten eggs and crushed cornflakes in separate bowls.
- First coat the chicken strips in the flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs and finally bread them evenly with the crushed cornflakes.
- Place the breaded chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with oil.
- Bake the chicken fingers in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- Serve the crispy chicken fingers as a dip with the spicy chipeño sauce.
- Optional: Garnish the chicken fingers with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley for an extra flavor kick.
