Let's Tacobout it! Chipeño Groumet Tacos


Ingredients for 4 servings:

30ml sunflower oil
50g chopped macadamia nuts
50g chopped onions
200g cauliflower
50ml beer
2 onions
1 lime 1 habanero
1 pinch of oregano
a little coriander
100g Nduja sausage
16 Swiss shrimp

preparation

Macadamia Sofrito
01. Sauté macadamia, onions and cauliflower in sunflower oil and deglaze with beer after about 5 minutes.
02. Season with salt to your taste.
03. Cover and cook until soft and then puree finely in a blender.

Habanero onions

04. Halve the onions and cut into thin strips
05. Also emince the habanero chili and coriander separately
06. Rinse the chopped onions briefly in a sieve under cold water and then drain and place them in a bowl.
07. Add onions, coriander and habanero chili and a pinch of dried oregano
08. Season with salt and the juice of a lime and mix well.
09. Let marinate for about an hour.
10. To prepare the Swiss shrimp, fry the Nduja sausage filling in a frying pan on medium heat.
11. Heat to maximum and as soon as the pan is hot add the Swiss shrimp.
12. Mix well and deglaze with a small splash of beer.
13. Heat Masamor tortillas, add ChipeñoTM sauce and enjoy
