Ingredients for 2 people
225g wheat flour
½ tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
150 ml boiling water
Preparation
Then mix the ingredients and knead the mixture for a few minutes. If the dough still sticks too tightly to your hands, you can add a little more flour. In the end, the dough should be smooth. The dough can be divided into parts depending on the size of the tortillas you want.
The dough balls are then rolled out thinly and round. To make it easier, the rolling pin should be rubbed with flour to prevent it from sticking.

The tortillas are now literally ready to fry: Put a little oil in the pan and heat it up. Then, depending on the heat, let it heat up for around 1-2 minutes per side until bubbles form. Ideally, the tortilla will then look like this.

serving
Depending on the size of the tortillas you choose (the "real" ones are no bigger than the palm of your hand with your finger outstretched), you can serve the tacos. A classic example would be minced beef with fresh onions, coriander, salsa verde and a little fresh lime juice.
Alternatively, you can be creative and make it completely vegan using salad, feta, chopped onions, vegetables and mushrooms. The Chipeno Spicy Habanero (vegan) is a must here.
Buen Provecho!
